Guide to Managing Follow-Up Action of Sticky Bar Button

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to manage and control the follow-up action of a sticky bar button on your website.

First, from your dashboard, go ahead and click settings tab



From the General settings, you will see the follow up action button



As you can see we do have 4 options to choose from:



Let me provide an explanation for each one of them:

1. Check out

This will enable customers to be directed to the checkout page when they click the sticky bar button.

2. Cart

This feature ensures that when customers click the sticky bar button, they will be directed to the cart page.

3. Refresh

This functionality allows customers to refresh the page when they click the sticky bar button.

4. None

This feature permits customers to open the cart drawer only if there's an integration with their cart drawer. It will trigger when they click the sticky bar button.

You can select one of these four options and click Save to apply the changes to the sticky bar.
