To begin, navigate to the settings of your Shopify theme and select the "Customize" option.
Next, go to the "App Embed" section, located on the left side of your screen. Then click on the dropdown button in this section.
Here, you will notice a checkbox in this area labeled as "Show on out of stock products". That you would be able to select. If you prefer the sticky bar not to be displayed on out-of-stock items, ensure that this checkbox is unchecked.
Make sure to hit "SAVE"
