What is the partnership between Shop and Zoorix Bundle Kit & Cross Sell?


This brand new partnership allows brands on Shopify to bring the Zoorix mix & match feature, configured in the merchant’s Shopify admin, into the Shop app. To start, the Zoorix Bundle Kit & Cross Sell app will need to be installed in the merchant’s existing Shopify store. This means mix and match offer created in the Zoorix app will now have multi-channel use across a brand’s storefront on both their online store and in the Shop app.

What is the Shop app?


Shop app is a mobile app developed by Shopify that allows buyers to discover new products, track their orders, and receive personalized recommendations. The app is available for free on both iOS and Android devices and is designed to enhance the shopping experience for customers. With the Shop app, customers can easily browse and purchase products from their favorite Shopify stores, track their orders, and receive real-time updates on their shipments. The app also provides personalized recommendations based on a customer's browsing and purchase history, making it easier for them to discover new products they may be interested in.

I didn’t realize I was selling my products in the Shop app. How does this happen?

How much does this new feature cost me?


There is no additional charge for this feature, it is included in the fee you currently pay at Zoorix app, and there is no additional fee charged by Shopify.
Zoorix pricing is based on the revenue generated through the app, ensuring you pay only for what you use. No need to choose plans - your pricing adapts to your success.

Note: The app is entirely FREE, with a one-time charge approval. As long as it generates less than $100 worth of orders per month, no charges will apply!

How do I make changes to the mix and match offer that are displayed in the Shop app?


Go to your Zoorix app dashboard then click the offers tab and mix and match offer button that is located in the left part of your screen ->



Click the Edit button to make changes to the mix and match offer. Once you've finished updating, be sure to save your changes.






I have an offer but its not visible in the Shop app, what can I do?


If you have a published mix-and-match offer that is not visible within the Shop app, you can troubleshoot the issue using the following link.


Why was this enabled for me?


Shopify and Zoorix want merchants to start leveraging the value from this new integration as quickly as possible, so we enabled it using the existing functionality that you have already configured in the Zoorix app. If you want to make any changes, then you can do so in the Zoorix admin.

How do I deactivate the Zoorix Bundle kit and cross sell app?


Go to your Shopify themes settings and click the customize button




Locate your app embed section and toggle the button to turn off the Zoorix app




From within the Zoorix app, you can modify your mix and match offer, which will remove it from the Shop app. We hope you test it out first as a way to be discovered by over 100 million Shop app users.


What should I expect in terms of results?


This is a brand new integration and a first of its kind, therefore it’s hard for us to predict exact results. Our expectation is that the presence of Zoorix’s mix and match feature in the Shop app will engage more users to learn more about your products, focus their attention, and add relevant products to their cart. Shop app users have their payment and shipping information stored in their account, ensuring that they’re able to checkout quickly and in the best mobile-first shopping experience.

Where can I look at the results?


You’ll be able to review results in the Shop channel which is embedded in the Shopify admin. You’ll be able to look at, visits, orders & GMV.
