In this case, try the following steps:

Make sure Zoorix is enabled, you can see how to do this here.
Make sure the feature is enabled on the Dashboard tab (according to where you want the slider to be shown).



Make sure your store is synced. You can see how to sync your store following this link.

Check if the slider product mapping is set correctly, see here how to do that.

Make sure that the displayed items are in stock.
