We will now talk about bundles, how to create, configure and maintain them.

Here we go!

Bundles are used to upsell products. You can define a group of products that are shown together in the bundle widget and if the buyer buys them all together using the "Add Bundle" button, they will get a discounted price.

Creating/editing a bundle

The flow of create and edit bundle is the same. Navigate to the "Offers" tab, and click "Bundle" on the left. Here you can create or edit a bundle:

These texts will show on the product page / cart page:

Discount types

There are several discount types you can assign to the bundle.

Fixed amount- This is a one-time discount on all the bundles items together. For example, if there are two items in the bundle, one that costs 10$ and the other that costs 15$, and the fixed amount is 5$, the calculation is 10$+15$-5$=20$. The buyer will pay 20$ on the bundle. The amount is in your shop's currency.

Percentage- The percentage discounts is calculated on all the bundle items. For example, if the bundle has two products, one 10$ and one 20$

In this tutorial we will explain about the cross-sell offer. Let's start! 😎

The cross-sell feature enables to show 1-click cross-sell offers on product pages and on the cart page.

Here's an example form Zoorix demo store:

Let's quickly overview the cross-sell settings. The cross-sell settings can be found under the Settings tab -> Cross-Sell on the left menu

Following are the main settings of the cross-sell:

Quick View The quick view enables the customer look at the suggested product without leaving the product page or cart page.

Scroll down to reach the Quick View section:

Here's how it looks on-site when the customer hovers over the cross-sell item:

This is the pop-up when the customer clicks "Quick View":

The customer can add the product directly from the quick view pop-up.

How the Cart Drawer works? 🛒

The cart drawer is a pop-up cart uniquely designed to show upsell and cross sell offers and increase the average order value.

The cart drawer can be invoked by a cart toggle (see below on the right), after adding to cart and when clicking on the cart icon on the top right corner.

You may see on the below screenshot how the cart drawer looks like, including the following featues:

Free shipping bar at the top of the screen
Cross sell offer at the bottom of the cart drawer
Upsell offer at bottom of line items

To configure the cart drawer, navigate to the "Settings" tab, and then click the "Cart Drawer" on the left menu:

Incentives

There are two options in the "Incentive" dropdown: None and Free shipping. The incentives are ways to incentivize the buyer to add items to his cart.

Free Shipping

In this incentive, if a user reaches the specified threshold (in your shop's currency), they get free shipping. In this case, please configure free shipping accordingly in your store admin. This feature is UI ONLY! Zoorix

Using the volume discount you can offer a dynamic discount according to the quantity of items purchased, e.g. 10% discount for 10+, 20% for 20+ and 30% for for 30+ items.

To create a Volume Discount offer go to the Offers tab -> Volume Discount on the right panel -> Create volume discount offer

Add the offer title, subtitle, "Add Variant" button text, where to navigate after the offer was added to cart

Choose the item which you'd like to set the discount on

Here you can either choose to show on a single product by selecting "Show on single product" in the "Offer type" dropdown

Or you can choose to offer the discount of multiple items, by choosing "Discount on single product from a group"

Using the Slider, if you want to manually select which products or variants to offer - product mapping is what you need 👌

With product mapping you can select the products which will trigger the offer and also choose the offer items.

In the Zoorix app, navigate to the Offers tab -> Slider on the left menu, and click on the "Product Mapping" button:

After you create some product mappings, you can add a new one, or edit an existing one:

Let's create a new offer:

Click on Add Mapping.
Choose some trigger products - these are products that will trigger the offer in the product page or in the cart page.

Click on a product to add it. You will see it on the right:

You can add a group of products, e.g. a specific collection, using the "Add by filter" button.
